You agree to pay IV ME UP in full for all scheduled services at the time of booking. Refunds are not available for missed appointments. If you need to cancel an appointment, you must provide at least one (1) hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a $100 charge for each booked service missed.
You can cancel appointments by emailing customer excellence at info@ivmeup.com or by calling or texting (949) 478-5188.
Additionally, if the designated medical professional decides, at their sole discretion, that you cannot receive the requested services due to your current medical condition, if you have provided false information, or if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of your appointment, services will not be provided, and you will be charged $100 for each service missed.
By accepting these terms and each time you place an order for services, you authorize IV ME UP to charge your credit card (or other payment method) for the applicable fees, charges, and taxes.
